The ordinary arts we practice every day at home are of more importance to the soul than their simplicity might suggest ~ Sir Thomas Moore ~

I thought the cover of the April/May/June issue of Somerset Life was so gorgeous!
Inside, my water coloured friendship flags & bookmarks can be found on page 74
in this exceptionally gorgeous issue  ♥
I will (and do) paint on just about anything
and found that muslin was fabulous at holding onto paints.
I love the subtle hue of the Spring time shades with the sun shining through.
they remind me of melted crayon art and wax paper :-D

Oh how exciting for you Deb!... can't wait to find a copy of that!... I so love my beautiful prayer flag you made for my garden last year... now that the weather is clearing, it will go back outside in my garden again... where I love to watch it flutter in the breeze... your bookmarks are soooo pretty, I just love them too!... xoxo Julie Marie

The beauty of your art is like the beauty of the story I have read this morning! I adore the girl with the yellow hair and I want it in my new cabin. The cool spring is already here and so the art of yours! Classy!
