Hi Deb, catching up, life is busy! Yes I had the same problem even though I purchased storage (first year it worked, this year nothing - but they did take my money!) but still couldn't upload pics through Picasa! Google stinks - has no customer service and the phone call my husband made to their Legal Dept. would not even permit him to speak to anyone there!

You will enjoy starting over as I have - that's a gorgeous banner. Always love your photos and words.

Off on my huge safari adventure to Africa next week - with my three Brit girlfriends! Excited and a wee bit nervous - but hoping to return with wonderful pics of wildlife and such. No laptop going so will have to share all I see and experience later in June.
