So Thankful for this lovely little spot ... a little piece of heaven ... that feels like "somewhere only we know" ♥

Rainy days ...

 

Well the weather has surprised us once again ...

out come the hats and gloves and warm (rain) jackets.

Sitting at the kitchen table with my tea

I watched the happenings in our garden ...

lots of squirrels who happily discovered the nuts left out for them,

honey flower (our garden bunny) was enjoying her breakfast,

Mr & Mrs Cardinal were at the feeders

Chippy (our garden chipmunk) was at the window ledge with his morning finds of sunflower seeds

TONS of Robins ... more this Spring than I have remembered in other years

and Sparrows ♥

Spring days are here ...

screen door open letting in fresh morning air

Brisk walks along the lake

stopping  to read signs :-)

taking in the sights

blooms bursting

so much beauty

found in our usual walking paths

where everything looks new again

and always excited when a group of Waxwings decide to stop by ♥
