Kinhin ...

Walking along the water's edge
taking gentle steps
speaking with whispered voice
 the chickadees come to us
anticipating treats
 beauty surrounding us
 calm serenity
it is our walking meditation ... our kinhin
Every path,
every street in the world
is your
walking meditation path
~Thich Nhat Hanh~
