I like the word balance for this year...good choice. I read a wish from Jo Packham on my FB page and she had a great thought for the new year too. She wished everyone contentment that allows everyone to enjoy what they have, seek only that which is essential, and gives the strength, the courage, and the wisdom that you will need.

I think my word or words might be to seek only that which is essential and to really only do what I truly love to do- at least creatively...the laundry waits for no one ;)

In the garden I tend to drop
my thoughts here and there.
To the flowers I whisper the secrets
I keep and the hopes I breathe.
I know they are there to eavesdrop for the angels. ♥
