Messages ...

This little nest blew out of one of our trees and onto the lawn last Fall.
My husband gathered it up & placed it atop the bench on our front porch which is where it has stayed ever since. It's become part of all the outside decorations :-)  A mini pumpkin sat inside it for Halloween, and a pinecone for Christmas.  At one point, it was covered in drifted snow ~ and then we had a bit of a thaw... which left behind a little ♥
I've been finding these little love messages all over the place!
I am a book of snow,
a spacious hand,
an open meadow,
a circle that waits,
I belong to the Earth

Left a message in the snow during our morning walk with Archer ...
May you have peace all through the year xo

I think you see hearts everywhere because that's what your consciousness is about...LOVE!
We have so far (still snowing!)since yesterday received eighteen inches of new snow...school was cancelled and the plows still haven't made it to our streets yet. So I'm drinking peppermint tea and cutting out wool hearts!
Stay warm, Deb xo!

Just like a little LOVE nest Deb! I love the snow heart.
Winter has been so beautiful here...but oh so cold. Tonight is supposed to be minus 14 here. The snow is getting deep too and it looks like you have plenty of snow too. The birds have been coming in by the scores and eating the crab apples everyday for over a month. It makes me happy that I planted so many trees in the garden. Nothing more fascinating than watching them dine in the yard.
I'm sure your walks with Archer all always filled with beautiful things.
sending hugs...
