The Rose ~ without the thorns ...

We have two shades of Peony in our garden ...
the pale pink/white bloomed first ...


like delicate crepe paper ...

and then

the deep rich pink ...


the rose

without

the

thorns ...

In some countries these are actually called peonyroses.Love the flecks of red inside the white.
